Care of Silk

Care instructions for your silk garment can be found on the swingtag, but just in case, we have given you some further hints:

Silk can be hand-washed in cool water, using a gentle soap.  Some washing machines may have a hand-wash or gentle cycle which may also be OK.  It is not recommended that you put your silk into the tumble dryer, nor to leave it soaking for long periods of time.

Oily stains can be removed by the application of a few drops of eucalyptus oil, rub in and leave for a minute or two, then launder as usual.
