We accept Visa, Master Card, Paypal, Money Orders and Bank Deposits. The cost of each item includes 10% GST.

Delivery

We currently charge a flat rate of $9.95 to anywhere in Australia. Estimated delivery times are currently 10 to 14 days, subject to availability of stock. We use Express Post delivery, which will give you a tracking number and insurance. Your parcel will be delivered during normal business hours (Monday to Friday 9-5pm) and all goods must be signed for upon delivery. All parcels are fully insured by Amanecer Trading Co. If nobody is available to sign for the parcel upon its delivery, the goods will be taken to your local post office and a card will be left in your mailbox advising you to collect it from there.

Returns Policy

Amanecer Trading Co. will replace any goods which arrive at their destination faulty or damaged. Return of the faulty/damaged item must be arranged by the customer. Amanecer Trading Co. will refund the cost of normal registered post if found to be at fault.

Amanecer Trading Co. will replace any undamaged item within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is returned in its original condition, unused and unwashed and in its original packaging.

Please choose carefully, as we do not pay delivery and handling charges for any returns made because of incorrect choice.  Such returns to Amanecer Trading Co. are made at the customer’s own cost and risk.

A copy of the receipt must accompany all returns as a record of purchase.

Please note that specially ordered items are not refundable under any circumstances.  Please contact us first before sending the item back.

In order to process the returned goods, we required the inclusion of the following information:

• Your order number
• The reason for the return
• Your daytime phone number
• Your name and address

We will contact you to arrange a refund if we are unable to replace or exchange the goods. We can process the refund by either reimbursing your credit card, posting a cheque or by direct bank deposit.

All items are inspected thoroughly before being dispatched. If there are any problems with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will not issue an exchange or credit note until the item(s) have been inspected upon return.
